Have barn bread sandwiches or burgers, get everything bakes instead of fried food. This way, you can easily lose weight.
Exercise but at the minimum
You should exercise for only 30 to 40 minutes a day. Keep in mind that consistency is the key in physical exertion, not the time you give every day. You may exercise for two hours a day, but if you are not doing it daily, then it is futile.
Tests and supplements
While you are trying to lose weight, try to visit a nutritionist and go for all the necessary tests. Some of you might get alarmingly low vitamin B, D, or A levels. Now, what would you do to stay healthy? Drink a lot of whole cream milk? No, have some supplements until you reach the desired weight.
