Scott Cam said he’s been using Sydney’s current COVID lockdown as an opportunity to get fit and healthy.

In an interview with Nova FM’s Fitzy & Wippa on Thursday, the 58-year-old Block host also revealed he’d given up alcohol for the first time in 47 years.

‘I actually haven’t had a drink this week, I’ve decided to go dry for the week, until Friday. That’s a first for me! I haven’t done that since 1974!’ he confessed.
