Marijuana legalization continues to make headway in state after state, with Congress passing the MORE Act to end federal prohibition of marijuana and a sizable majority of U.S. states having already legalized medical or recreational marijuana, or both. So here are the top 20 best films to watch, to celebrate 420 this month.
Legalized recreational marijuana alone generated more than $3.7 billion last year in sales tax revenue in the 12 states with up-and-running legally licensed and taxed businesses. That doesn’t include taxes from medical marijuana sales, income taxes from people employed in the businesses, or licensing fees for marijuana companies.
