No matter what age you are, peanut butter and jelly brings you back. As an adult, I try to think of ways to get creative with peanut butter and jelly. - Strawberry Protein Shake
- Healthy Banana Protein Shake
- Triple Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1-2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder any kind
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 cup milk any kind (try it with homemade oat milk)
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk or frozen berries to get your desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
- Any kind of protein powder will work for this recipe although we recommend whey because we love the flavor.
