Lara told Russh magazine last year she and her husband had adopted a vegetarian diet after watching documentaries about the subject.
The couple was particularly inspired by film director James Cameron, with whom Sam worked on the 2009 sci-fi blockbuster Avatar.
‘It has made a huge difference to our lives,’ Lara said.
‘Inner health relates directly to outer health and I have always believed what we put inside is reflected on the outside’.
