LAST MONTH’S SURVEY QUESTION:

In last month’s edition of Diabetes Bites, we asked if you consider yourself a “morning” person or a “night” person.

Here’s how you responded:

44% I’m definitely a MORNING person (same as IDS clinicians Jenny, Anna and Kristi)

30% I’m definitely a NIGHT person (same as Gary, Colleen, Tavia and Terri)

21% I’m NEITHER a morning person nor a night person (same as Kathryn and Alicia)

5% I’m BOTH a morning person AND a night person (same as Dana)

Since there is no consensus, let’s just agree that NIGHT people rule! (Gary made us say that!)
