David Henrie took to Instagram on Sunday to introduce his third child with wife Maria Cahill after multiple miscarriages.
The 33-year-old actor posted a family photo taken on a hospital bed that included himself, Maria, 31, their daughter Pia, three, 19-month-old son James and newborn daughter.
‘IT’S A GIRL!!!! Gemma Clare Henrie was born 7lbs 15oz at 3:21am. Maria is currently enjoying the most deserved nap ever haha. She stuck to her plan l and had a drug free birth and I couldn’t be more in awe of her!,’ David wrote in the caption for his roughly 2.6 million followers.

‘Thanks be to God for the greatest gift on earth and Maria and I thank you all for your prayers. I received many messages and I really appreciate it,’ he added while also thanking those who helped with the delivery.
David also included an adorable close-up shot of their newborn girl.
The Wizards Of Waverly Place star in late December shared on Instagram that he and Maria were expecting their third child.
David posted beach photos and detailed Maria’s road to motherhood as he noted, ‘As I sit here overlooking the ocean I am a bit overwhelmed with gratitude for how awesome my wife has been the past couple years.’

David went on to share that Maria suffered her fourth miscarriage on Christmas Day in 2019.
One year later, David posted, ‘She gave birth naturally to my son James.’
David revealed that Maria suffered another miscarriage before getting pregnant with Gemma.
