CANNABIS CULTURE – On 20 April, the Alliance for Rights Oriented Drug Policies (AROD) offered the Norwegian Director of Prosecutions 100 grams of cannabis to trigger the legal system, but authority wanted no problem. Instead, cannabis was freely distributed and smoked outside the office of the director of prosecutions.
We now have a case before the European court and for the first time the Court must challenge the assumption of a legitimate purpose. As more and more states regulate the cannabis industry to protect public health, Norway is in for a struggle.AROD is the vanguard Norwegian cannabis direction action activist network. More information on their message can be found via their agency website.
