  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 medium red pepper finely minced
  • 1/2 medium red onion finely minced
  • 4 pieces thick-cut bacon cooked until crispy
