Caregiver, if you’re like me, you feel overworked, at times. It’s when we stretch ourselves beyond our available time and energy, that we grow overwhelmed. Short term? Rarely a problem. Day-in and day-out, long term? Harmful.
Current events don’t help much to remain focused—first, came two-plus years of COVID and its variants. Now, we’re reading about or viewing updates on the Russian (Putin) “special operations” in Ukraine. And if that wasn’t enough, China is trying to prevent the spread of yet another COVID variant.
When will it end?

The point is, LIFE goes on. Our attitude makes a big impact on how we life each day. Are you a whiner? Or do you simply dig in and get whatever needs doing, done?
Sometimes, we need a Kick in the A$$. We need to rewrite our story to get our assets moving along the path we have set for ourselves.
If we’re honest, we have few reasons (excuses) for our inaction or lack of progress. None. Nope. Nada.
We need a KITA. Who better to give us one than Toastmaster Verity Price from Cape Town, South Africa?
Price earned the coveted World Champion of Public Speaking in 2021. More importantly, she earned the right to live her life on her own terms. But it wasn’t easy. In fact, at times, it was downright humiliating!
