A Russian woman nicknamed Al Capone after she terrorised neighbours on the south coast has been hauled before a court accused of breaching the terms of the sex offenders’ register.
Olga Woolnough, 48, became known as a ‘neighbour from hell’ when she lived in Worthing after she threatened locals, held all-night parties and staggered around constantly drunk.
She also painted her seafront home bright pink.
Woolnough, who is also known as Alexandra Olga Capone and claims to have links to Russian royalty, was given an ASBO in 2015, banning her from being drunk or having any alcohol in public.
She was then convicted of groping a 15-year-old boy as he walked along the beach with his friends in 2020.

Woolnough (outside her bright pink seafront home) was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in 2020. She has now appeared in court accused of failing to comply with the sex offenders’ register
Drunken Woolnough grabbed him from behind and shouted ‘I’m Russian’ leaving the boy in tears.
She was later handed a suspended sentence and ordered to pay him £150 in compensation.
Last November she was cleared of assaulting an off-duty police officer who confronted her for drinking other people’s drinks in the Garrick Arms pub in London’s West End, after claiming she acted in self defence.
Now, Woolnough has been back before Westminster Magistrates’ Court for failing to surrender and failing to comply with requirements of the sex offenders’ register.
Malachy Packenham, prosecuting, said: ‘She has 33 (previous) offences relating to breach orders. She is a serial non-cooperator.
‘She is a sex-offender, she should be treated exactly the same way as a man.
‘Her record is appalling by anyone’s standards. There is a complete lack of cooperation’
‘She will fail to surrender.’
The court was told that Woolnough has 33 previous offences relating to breach orders over the years, which the prosecutor described as ‘appalling’

When she tried to attend the same court on 23 January this year she was denied entry because security staff thought she was drunk.
Woolnough, of Camden, was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on 4 April.
She must sleep at her home address, and report to her local police station every day.
Woolnough has more than 30 previous convictions but claims she has links to the last Russian royal family, as she shares her first two names with Russian Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna, a sister of Tsar Nicholas II, who died in exile in 1960.
She has also claimed to have liver condition so serious she will die if she has another drink.
