This video is intended for all levels of meditators from beginner’s to expert. In it I introduce myself (zero to 2:45), we ground ourselves and I give some instruction (2:45 to 8:00), I say a prayer to set up the meditation (8-11 min mark), we meditate (11-19 minutes), we gradually come out of the meditation and I give some closing remarks to the 23 minute mark.
