Hey, Siri! I’ve got some good news to share!
I feel like I’m not the only one who treats our AI companions as our besties sometimes. And for this certain toddler, Siri deserves to be one of the first to know what’s going on in his life.
The video above is a cut version from the original post from the TikTok account of Jayla Ferrell, the toddler’s mom. It shows her son, Messiah, sitting on a table in a clinic with a text overlay saying, “Getting his cast removed.”
The smart toddler insists on keeping his tablet beside him while the medical professional prepares to remove the cast on his arm. He even commented that he couldn’t see his tablet when the medic tried to put a cloth on top of him to help gather the dust that would accumulate when they sawed off his cast.

The brave boy seemed unbothered when his cast was getting removed and only seemed to flinch a bit from the noise that the cast saw was making.
Cut to the cast already off from Messiah’s arm, and his mom asks him if it feels better already, to which the boy replies adorably with a firm no. “No, look, it’s all dirty,” Messiah says.

It’s at the end of the video where Messiah tells Siri the good news that he’s got his cast off.
And according to Messiah’s mom, “Siri’s response was “wow” ???”
