Parents across the United States have grown concerned as a baby formula shortage plagues the nation.
While some hoped the shortage would be a short-time thing, leading formula manufacturers have claimed the shortage could last for months, possibly into 2023.
As fear of the shortage spreads, organizations, companies, and the government have begun working to lessen the impact on families. Nestle has committed to export formula from Europe to the U.S., and President Biden has launched Operation Fly Formula.

The British baby formula brand Kendamil announced in a press release that it’s currently working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to become the first international manufacturer to export large quantities of non-medicated infant formula to the U.S. under Operation Fly Formula.

According to The Telegraph, Kendamil is the brand that Kate Middleton and Prince William chose to to wean Prince Louis with.
After the Royal Family used the brand, it began to get attention and it gained even more attention when it became one of the first manufacturers to respond to the FDA’s call for assistance.

According to the press release, Kendamil plans to send around 100 trucks of formula to the United States over the next six months. It’s enough formula to help an estimated 150,000 households.
While the final details need to be worked out for the export of the formula, it shouldn’t be long before babies in the United States can be eating like kings – or, in this case, like princes.
