In an effort to streamline the lunch making process I’ve compiled an extensive list of 100 easy Gluten Free lunchbox ideas. Print it out and put it on your fridge or better yet, take a picture with your phone and you will always have your list at the ready. Make sure to pin it to your Pinterest board so you can refer to it later. Here we go!

100 Gluten Free Lunch Ideas for Kids (and Adults)

Veggies (add hummus, guacamole, salsa, dressing or nut butters for dipping

  1. yellow or red grape tomatoes
  2. mini red and yellow peppers
  3. carrots
  4. snow peas or sugar snap peas
  5. sweet potato fries (in thermos)
  6. mini caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella
  7. celery sticks
  8. tossed salad with dressing
  9. jicama sticks
  10. green beans (leftover in thermos)
  11. roasted broccoli (leftover in thermos)
  12. edamame
  13. pickles in these cute packs
  14. olives in these cute packs

Fruits (add caramel, Nutella or greek yogurt for dipping)

  1. grapes
  2. apples (soak in lemon water to prevent browning) or small apples for eating whole
  3. berries (here are some cute individual packs)
  4. berry parfait with yogurt
  5. applesauce
  6. fruit skewers (or fruit and cheese)
  7. bananas (you can write a secret message)
  8. cubed melon
  9. sliced watermelon
  10. kiwi fruit cut in half – eat with a spoon
  11. fruit smoothie in thermos
  12. apple sandwiches with granola and nut butter

Proteins

  1. hard boiled or scrambled eggs
  2. scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon

  9. gluten free tortillas with nut butter, jelly and bananas
  10. mini quiches
  11. bacon and egg cups
  12. pepperoni, sliced cheese and gluten free crackers (we love Crunchmaster)
  13. waffle sandwich (Easiest Gluten Free Waffles used as bread)
  14. protein shake in thermos
  15. Epic Jerky
  16. rice cakes with nut butter and jelly or Nutella
  17. tuna or chicken salad with gluten free crackers or rice cakes
